How I am different

Most executive coaches want to share their expertise and wisdom to tell clients what to do and how to do it. I think the most important discovery in a coaching engagement is to learn how to uncover your unique answers to concerns on your own.

I strive to guide you in learning how listen to yourself and personalize a solution to your question by being curious.

We believe identifying and defining your personal core values are a priority in coaching. They help us understand how we engage and interact within our map of the world.

As we partner together, I think it is important for me to share mine. It is the first step in helping us feel connected as partners.

Creativity

Goal: Utilizing my 24-years of experience in creative industries, I specialize in connecting the seemingly unconnected. I help clients recognize key patterns holding them back that other coaches are not as trained to recognize.

How this benefits my clients: This helps to identify the reasons for your pain points. Often, there is one or two key patterns getting in a client's way of achieving even more than they already have. Once themes are identified, most obstacles are easier to work though, as research shows we have linked habits.

Bio

Janice K Rose, CEO of Orange Bridge Advisory and a Professional and Executive Coach, specializes in incorporating curiosity, creativity, and honesty in coaching sessions. She partners with professionals to develop their unique style, enabling them to lead with confidence, self-awareness, and authenticity to connect with others.

Janice applies her more than 10 years of marketing experience for large corporations in her work with clients. With expertise in various industries, she tailors professional coaching services to client's needs by offering a range of options including one-on-one sessions with individual professionals, a variety of assessments such as 3D-360 interviews, and workshops for company events and retreats.

Janice is an International Coaching Federation (ICF) Professional Certified Coach (PCC). Her two Master degrees
in Art Therapy and Counseling were awarded by the College of New Rochelle in New York and Walden University. She has a Bachelor of Arts from Texas State University in Mass Communication specializing in Advertising and Communication Design, as well as a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the School of Visual Arts in New York City. Janice
is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas and Licensed Creative Arts Therapist in New York.

She enjoys time with her family, traveling, art making, learning, reading, and is consistently seeking new adventures.
